Infos to the energy certificate

We will assist you in obtaining the certification which has to be carried out by a licensed electrician or engineer. A measurement of your property is made, the amount of window fronts calculated, checked  which energy source is used, if solar energy is used, etc..

If you are interested, we pass you on to an licensed engineer . As our customer you can order the energy certificate without any agency fees from our side. Should you like us though to act on your behalf and coordinate appointments and all correspondence, we take an additonal flat fee of € 50 for apartments / 100,-€ for villas for our time spent.
